On the ground floor, the master bedroom provides a peaceful sanctuary with its king-sized bed and well-appointed en-suite, which includes a spacious bath, double vanity, and separate toilet.

The open-plan living area is the heart of the home, seamlessly connecting the lounge, dining space, and kitchen. The kitchen, equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, and large walk-in pantry, is ideal for creating delicious meals that can be enjoyed at the extra-large dining table. The outdoor patio is perfect for summer evenings, offering a view of the secure garden where children can play freely while you overlook the forest or cook up a meal on the large inbuilt barbeque.

The upper floor is designed for relaxation and family togetherness. Two additional queen bedrooms and a kids’ room with two king-single bunk beds provide comfortable sleeping arrangements, all sharing a well-sized family bathroom. A large movie room with an 80-inch TV and surround sound system on this floor is a great spot to unwind, complete with access to a small balcony offering ocean views.

Throughout the home, comfort is ensured with split-system air conditioning on both floors. It also has Wi-Fi, a large laundry room, and a collection of board games, jigsaw puzzles, lego and books to keep everyone entertained.
