ABOUT WANDERLUST

Wanderlust is a stunning contemporary beach house set on set on Toby’s Inlet on the coastal spit of Quindalup. This funky South-East Asian inspired home combines luxury living with a well thought out eco design in the world-renowned Margaret River region. Located just a 1 minute walk to beautiful swimming beaches or stroll the foreshore all the way to Dunsborough’s centre.

The home accommodates up to 10 people with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite with views and a small balcony, whilst the second and third bedrooms have king beds both with their own private balcony. There are “kids” bedrooms set up upstairs and downstairs which have 3x single beds, and 1x double bed.

A chef’s kitchen and comfortable dining and living areas are separate from the rest of the house, whilst the expansive bi-fold door doors to the deck really bring the outdoors in.

The house’s smart passive solar design combining orientation and design – makes it comfortable all year round complimented with all room floor heating for the cooler months. In the warmer months, the house is equipped with fans and it is easy to welcome the sea breezes into the home via the perfectly placed opening windows and sliding doors.

On the entertainment side, this home is jammed packed. 3 Large screen TVs, 2 paddle boards, 1 canoe, pool table pin pong table and of course the passive solar heated pool!

Gatherings:

Shire regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue eg. for a party or wedding. Any unannounced additional guests or parties, functions or gatherings are not allowed. If this occurs, additional guests will be asked to vacate the rental property immediately, resulting in the forfeit of the entire bond and/or possible eviction with no refund.

  • NOISE RESTRICTIONS: Please be aware permanent residents live next door and noise MUST not become an issue. Noise complaints breach our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond. Guests may be evicted and/or their security bond forfeited in full. The noise curfew is 10:00pm.
  • NOISE CONTROL DEVICE: We have a noise control device on the property, which simply tracks noise levels and notifies the host when a certain decibel has been reached over a sustained period of time. Similar to a smoke alarm, it has a sensor function only.
  • LIGHTS: Out of courtesy to our neighbours, could you please ensure that all outdoor lights are turned off when you go to bed each night.
  • FIRES: There are fire restrictions from October to April inclusive and must be strictly observed. No fires to be lit anytime of year
  • PARKING: Parking is allowed in your designated parking area. No parking on the street.
